What your group gets, and how it works

Why groups stay here

  • Space. Grassy camping with generous room between camps. We charge per person, not per site, so your group sets up the way that suits.
  • A roof if you want one. Two Queenslander homesteads, rustic cabins and camper trailers. Mix camping and beds in one booking.
  • A place to meet. A function room that seats up to 30, with a kitchenette, tables and chairs.
  • Clean amenities. Free hot showers, flushing toilets and free guest wi-fi.
  • Mt Barney at the door. Walks and creeks nearby, and we'll share maps and local tips.

Creekside Camping (No Pets)

Several acres of beautiful spacious campgrounds, right on the creek.

  • Grassed sites with creek frontage and a swimming hole
  • Hot showers, flushing toilets and drinking water close by
  • Free wifi (but who needs this when you have plenty of outdoor fun and stargazing to do!)
  • Ideal for families and groups of friends
  • A quiet, pet-free camp area

The practical stuff

Where your group sleeps

Camp together, or book the Queenslanders (Boolamoola sleeps 6, Moringararah 15), cabins and camper trailers. Linen hire is $25 per person with 48 hours' notice. We can host up to about 100 campers.

Meeting space

The function room sits beneath Boolamoola Homestead and seats up to 30, with a kitchenette, whiteboard, tables and chairs. Contact us for hire fees.

Keeping it peaceful

Mt Barney is a place to unwind, not a party venue. Groups of 10 or more are asked to keep noise within their own camp, and quiet hours apply.
